As the work is at the client location, we like to give maximum best work. Co-workers at client locations are always ready to help.

Dislikes

There is no bonus facility, colleagues are not supported, and vacations are less. There are no holidays during festivals.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

While I value many aspects of my role and the company , there are a few areas where I believe there is room for improvement. There have been instance where communication between different department and team has been less effective than it been could be.
