Don’t ever work with this company. They give false information about the incentive and never ever give to you. If left the company for around 3 months before and they haven’t give my complete full and final. They have to give me around 10k to me. They tell you to work more than your roles.

For learnings this brand is really good only if your seniors are helpful and friendly to you. For me it was a nice journey but in the end they started politics, keep shifting the locations and they didn't pay me my money which I spent for the store from my pocket. They just keep on telling that m, they dont have store petty card yet, didn't get the budget yet and bla bla bla. I worked in this company with my full efficiency and efforts but in the end faced alot of politics and management issues. They started shifting the locations and they dont even consider your family genuine issues. They didn't even pay my own money which I spent for the store expenses. It's a big brand.

Biggest issue is salary and deductions . Salary deduction are very high mostly people they left job just because of salary deduction. Work pressure is also high. Leave management is very poor, we have to beg for our own leaves which are provided by company. Our seniors they don't understand that we also have our personal life we also want to spend time and to celebrate festivals with our family.
