This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. Worst work culture and high Unethical behaviour. Manager are happy to screw the employee career, even it’s their fault. Also please stop making people fool and try to respect them who are putting their efforts to generate revenue. And the major problem for girls some of the employees harassed mentally by commenting unethical things. Simply it’s a nightmare to work in here with this pathetic Management. Only family of the director and higher levels will get promoted or get incentives. I have seen many time on how badly they talk to employees and there are many people who got affected by this and left the company including me. They even ask us to work flexibly when you are on your sick leave or any paid leave. They simply don't care about your life or health. Very stupid people in the higher positions.
