hierarchy system. It doesn't mean whether you senior. Old employee not cooperative. They always looks for mistake. If the get simple mistake then creats big issue. And shift balance is also unclear it depend upon mood of old employee. And work culture is zero... And the politics inside the plant is bigger then Indian politics. There is no time table for work. U can't happy inside plant. One word this plant is seems to be jail. Nothing else....Read More
