If you report to the promoter of the company, your life becomes a veritable nightmare. The promoter does not hesitate to use abusive language and can even become physically aggressive. The company's HR department is complicit with the promoter, and the company's operations are subject to the promoter's whims. Regrettably, the next generation has adopted the same working methods as the promoter. Promises are made only to be broken at their convenience. The work-life balance is abysmal; you can be summoned for trivial tasks even on your designated holidays. The management's calendars are merely a facade, and you will be made to wait for hours for discussions that could have been resolved over a call.
