No work life balance unnecessarily stretching work hours on name of meetings and reviews and latter no meetings are conducted 10am to 10pm shifts are minimum that they expect and mostly u cant leave before 12am or 1 depending on mood of site head

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
