No work life balance and pretty much no weekoffs .. forget about holidays or vacations....the team moves from one project to another constantly and barely anyone can built a grip on just one project and perform..

i had a highly DISAPPOINTING experience with Sunteck Realty's Hiring Process. After Successfully clearing the interview rounds. i was asked to complete an Assignment, which requires significant time, effort & research. However after submission of my Assignment, The Company's HR provided vague & unnecessary excuses for not proceedingwith my application. it felt like the Assignment was merely a formality, with no real intention of Hiring. This reflects poorly on the Company's Professionalism and respect for Candidate's time. i strongly urge the Job seekers to be cautious before investing their efforts in such a unfair Hiring process or practices. A Company that doesn't value Candidates' efforts & transperancy in Hiring does not deserve a serious Consideration....Read More

Weekends are off only for employees who report to the corporate office.

If you report to the promoter of the company, your life becomes a veritable nightmare. The promoter does not hesitate to use abusive language and can even become physically aggressive. The company's HR department is complicit with the promoter, and the company's operations are subject to the promoter's whims. Regrettably, the next generation has adopted the same working methods as the promoter. Promises are made only to be broken at their convenience. The work-life balance is abysmal; you can be summoned for trivial tasks even on your designated holidays. The management's calendars are merely a facade, and you will be made to wait for hours for discussions that could have been resolved over a call. Sales targets are utterly unrealistic, and prices in any project can rise arbitrarily, simply because the promoter decided so. The site head and cluster head for city projects are ********** they don't have any direction nor any way forward they just want to show their work to upper Management, they make you behave like we are donkeys who doesn't have any limitations
