Firstly there is no Job security here, its been 5 years the company has started but they are not yet well structured and they keep on changing the process. 2. A lot of internal Politics inside. 3. There is nothing to like as such, apart from the usual nepotism. This is a full fledged company but still calls themselves as a start-up just to harass the employees.
Dislikes
The company is full of friends and family and extended friends. None of them is from the education background. As you go higher in the management level, the more shit it gets. The top leaders doesn't care about the employees and how the senior managers are treating them. So much good talent is leaving because of the toxic managers. Only "Friends & Family" keeps getting promoted every year.
