The lure you into great working place, but its actually very bad, they fire you without any warning, you work and your opinion is not valued, have stayed on the place till 10 PM

The list is so long that it might not be enough: 1) The change of the whole business model and vision in the blink of an eye (done twice a year) 2) The tech is instructed from the top to continuously push the product managers. This is the first company in my years of experience which scrapes features only because the tech has decided not to do. (Reason: You cannot keep them if you do not listen to them) 3) Some core team members (mostly between the age of 25-30) will always set to manipulate the thoughts of middle management and senior management (CXOs) who happen to come later to them. They are the right hand of the founders and only their voices are heard 4) They judge you on the opinions of the core team people and not on the set KPIs 5) They will be threatened by your energy and positivity 6) Not a company that can scale. The management is confused about the whole plan of action and will start the blame game early 7) If you are applying for Tech & Product; DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE SWEET WORDS OF CTO AND CEO, they can never provide a healthy culture for you coz every month they will push you for the roadmap and will not let you execute according to the roadmap because they have something else for you to work on- mostly for the frontend users. They appreciate their employees every month with handful amount of incentives, the higher authority is very good and I do like the work culture. Provide salary on time.

Dislikes

Commitment issues are there when it comes to working remotely. Partiality among old and new employees and even gender partiality too. Not in all states or centres I can say but at under whom I worked they were partial.

The work culture is so good, senior employee are so understanding and friendly, flexibility will be there, it will make you forget about all the cons. But once you spend 1 year then these things will get to you.

Dislikes

Appraisals are very poor, they don't appreciate their employees, some departments are more favoured than others, you'll be very under appreciated, they won't increase your salary but would not feel a bit remorse while increasing your work. Odd saturdays are working. If you're in tech team then the world is very good for you, you won't do any work, you'll make fake promises give fake timelines and solutions.
