Very limited growth and appraisal is not baised on numbers. Not fact based at all! 6. Immature managers without any real experience. Reign of terror

1.Office politics starts from the top and is spread within and across departments. 2.Just be a yes man 3.Your experience can be considered only at the time of hiring but post that your reporting can be to a person half your age who has that position either by virtue of friendship with management or only the a few close trusted people of the management 4. No work timings,just remain available 24X7. 5. Meetings can be called with a one minute notice and you can't join at that time,then answer this to HR 6. Closed door policy, you are only at the mercy of your reporting manager even if he/she is half of your age and with no experience in the given domain 7. So called corporate culture which gives freedom to people much younger to be rude to the technically senior people 8. Delayed and mostly no response to even urgent matters unless the other person is willing to respond 9. One one side fixed policies and on another side complete mis management with ad-hoc way of working with trial and error as most reporting managers either have no or very less experience that the reportee....Read More
