Worst Company to work. No job security. Zero support in Lockdown , they paid 20 days salary of March and only 30% to 40% of April salary that to on 29th may subject to not terminated from company. Terminated employ did not get salary and waited for F&F 40 day process .

Dislikes

In lockdown situation company should have thought about its employ but it didn't. Worst company to work. They did not pay PF and ESI of employ for long time therefore employ can't even use PF to survive. Salary and travel expanses always delayed by 10 to 15 days.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
