Logistics team members are good and helpful.

All mention review against this organization are fake. Please do not join the organisation on the basis of review. If you are going to join this organization then in short you are going to destroy your career. The managing director of the organization is simply a nightmare who came in office at 4 pm and stay up to 12 am and also force the employee to stay with him in office. He is very short temped and shouted and used abused language even on small mistake. No work life balance is possible in this firm. Among 10 new joined employee 8 will leave organization within 2 month from their joining date. One most important thing is there is no HR policy in organization. The policy shared with you at the time of joining is just the showcase to maintain the record. Even the HR department also unaware about the HR policy. All the things was done is not as per policy but as per directors and his few close buddies order. Team Member are good and very helpful but the lead is not so good. There is lots of politics in the organization. Organization is not employee friendly and you will fired anytime from organisation without any notice. The employees who get the salary increment, by making false promises for the long-term commitment. The employees who get all the support from the management and his HOD in leaves during sickness, in managing shift timings to avoid pick hour rush, even if they are not confirmed on the rolls. The employees actively seeking alternative employment opportunities while enjoying the increased remuneration, on non-completion of the notice period also the company paid for the FNF can write these comments. The platform is available that does not mean that you defame the company and the management. Also, there are no strict timings, the company has 2nd and 4th Saturday Off and also flexibility in timings.

Work Profile is excellent. All staff is very helpful. Overall best office with best atmosphere. MD sir is very supportive and he motivates to grow in life. Due to personal reasons i left but in future if got the opportunity then without hesitation I will rejoin. Management is supportive. I feel like it's family.
