Lower management and staff are supportive. That's it. Nothing to add. Everything else will be a lie.

Upper management is of the worst kind. Company policies favour owner in every way. Incentives from Toyota and bank payouts get eaten by upper management. Hard work by sales officers and good pay to chair breakers. Do not waste you time here, find some other job.

Exhausting. Worst example of work life balance. Working on Sunday's too without any over time pay. Be there at 9:30AM but no leaving time. Do not ask for a leave or you will get this reply - "Sales ki job poore 30 din ki hoti hai, koi chutti
