I learn a lot of things from this company — the mentality of service, achieve excellent communication skills, adopt updating technology

Dislikes

Some times there was no technical support from the office. There was no preplanning for future work.

Work Details

Attended the complaint site which allocated from the office. Identify the problem by troubleshooting. Communicate with the customer and solve the issue or arrange the resolution as far as possible also maintain a good relationship with customers.
