The support and cooperation from the teammates are good. However, the pressure from the higher levels (from administration side) was horrible. In fact it is like a sadism. Functional head support was very extraordinary and well appreciated.

Compensation part was not in line with similar industries. very conservative. I have come out on my own as I have not been relieved in a proper way though the resignation was given at appropriate time along with adequate notice period. I have not been paid the final settlement and have lost the salary for more than 6 months. It was very bad part in my career.
