One can have talented colleagues, great and always inspiring Board members and every one moving with one dream, one goal, which is commendable. Honestly, there is actuall nothing to dislike. because the organisation is in the growth phase, where, there shall be many challenges but without them, Sucess / Heights won't be achived.
