No Job security. Always use to cut down salary without any advance notice. HR policy is very poor. They provide salary some time in cheque then what is the role of salary account opening. They are always misusing their power towords employees. In this organization you can't think about career growth coz after six months of working they start mentally harassed and pressurise to leave organization other wise they will terminate you . Even they are taking lots of field work with Product Manager also. Many product manager leave the organization because of lots of field work i. E. 18 days in a month. They doing fake commitment to their customers also. They doing fake commitment to doctors that they will do CRM but after getting business from doctors they not full fill their commitments. Lots of people loss their job in this organization. Even in covid period they don't show any humanity towards their employee . Only 25% salary they release in covid.
