Job security is there even the process shut down, company will transfer to you in another process. Work pressure is depend on your process in which you are. Training is provided by team members some of them give good training some are not. Very friendly environment. Managers and TL are very very friendly.

Salary is very poor. No extra benefits. Don't expect good appraisal even you are hard working person. They fixed the certain rate that only they give

Cafeteria was small.Very rush in launch timing and wash room was not maintaining properly and Bike parking was not good sun light and raining time full affect on our bikes.In heavy raining time we can't entry office fully water covered.
