this is by far the worst company to work for. if you work here, you have to think as narrow as they do. they wont spent a penny on resources but expect their infrastructure to perform like its worth zillions. the HR department has terrible communication skills even a toddler would speak more confidently in front of them. the junior hr staff are even worst by speaking hypocritically. there's no such thing as progress here. if you think dependently you're safe ; if you act professionally you'll be fired next day. yes I'm talking about LALA COMPANY<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. salary been delayed with no extensions, retention bonus deduction without information, false annexure a no appointment latter after joining till 2 months (this appointment latter thing happens with quite every new employee) fix raise weather you're with 5-10 years experience or its just been a year regardless of designation or department</mark>. the canteen food is worse than what you'd get at a roadside Dhaba. the company quarters are no better than a haunted mansion, even though labours and company employees from all levels live in the same building. frequent fights and drunken conversations can be heard on the ground floor. sure the company has big machines, but the work culture is awful with no work-life balance. even the worst general shift 9:00 to 18:30 is followed by a bus with a one hour gap before and after. if you work here, you're already dead inside. best of luck if you apply, and congratulations if you're still working....Read More
