With Professional Management in place, one with experience can contribute once he learns the processes and systems. Staff is friendly and one feels at home. Company has employee friendly policies. Great place to be associated with.

Dislikes

What is good or bad is a comparative term - and I can vouch that I felt more comfortable with the company than with the various companies I worked with in India. Rather than the company , one has to be aware of the laws of the country and follow them without questioning to enjoy one's life.

Work Details

As an auditor , life initially was hectic while trying learning the processes and systems - and became exiting when I could use my experience and knowledge to contribute in improving them leading to cost reduction / less scrap generation & wastages

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
