No one in the management follow working standard or rules . Management has fired a lot of employee without a single notice before . There is no job security . Management can terminate any employee by giving a false tag of low performance not a new employee but also a employee who has a 11 year of job experience . Management does not respects their juniors . There is a major issue in salary . There is a incentive part in salary, which is variable . 1.This company is for worker( low in education) not for staff (higher in education ) 2. Worker's salary is too high in comparison to the staff . But designation wise staff is on high designation in comparison to the worker .
