It being the First Indian Multinational company there was great opportunity to meet and get recognised by the clients. Training provided by the company is excellent salary and benefits are good .There was good scope for career growth and appraisal was good opportunity to display one's talent good.

To meet Doctors and brief them about the products (old and new) ,meeting pharmacists to enquire about the sale of company's products and compare competition, meeting distributors for orders and trying to achieve company's monthly and yearly targets.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
