This is one of the best company in medical billing and coding industry and sunknowledge is good for skill learning, infact my manager is also good.

Lots of unnecessary restrictions more than a school life, for example you can't talk to anyone while working, you can't move from your system after finishing your work, if found that you finished your work earlier then they increase your target. Manager takes more than 1:30 hrs. to finish their meal. But employees should finish their meal as soon as possible, as there are only limited break, it seems that employees are not the human being. No job security. Extreme Politics goes on. My SME tried to abscond me and was forcing me to abscond after working for almost 2 years in the organization. They forced me to resign. Even not allowed to serve the 2 months of notice period. They say Sunknowledge never ask to leave. But the reality is they will create such a worst situation that the employee will resign. 1. Most of the employees are young of age group 21-30 yrs, so you gonna make good friends. 2. Work and company culture is good, but may vary from team to team. In my case, my team, supervisor and manager is really cool and supportive. 3. Office location is great, prime location of Kolkata salt lake sector 5, you can enjoy night lifethere. 4. Many peoples may worry about night shift mainly girls and there families, but i suggest to take a look at the area before joining it's completely safe, police car was always there and apart from that there are more than 2000 sunknowledge employees working there, Many other companies employees are also doing night shifts there. So it doesn't feel like night actually. There was full of people around you. 5. Cab facility is provided one way only, at night when your shift ends you will avail the cab facility, the cabs are running throughout the city. 6. Saturday and Sunday off, which is a really good thing, you also get the whole day light of monday because your job is at night on monday....Read More

Not a good experience as I joined this company with lot of hopes , ambition & dreams in my eyes but all that scattered in just few weeks , So basically I was hired for the customer service of HCP however the process was very vast and the time allotted to complete the tranning batch was just one month , So they had assessments every week & I couldn't clear the second assessment just for 3-4 marks , So the operations manager directly asked me to put down my resignation as they thought that am not fit for that particular process which was absolutely fine , However they didn't even reprofiled / or shifted me in any other process which was completely unjustified and even they had many processes still didn't give me any other opportunity , So all my efforts , hardwork & pain was totally wasted as cracking interview in this company itself is a big deal then only for few marks they didn't even consider moving me into any other process which I'm really very disappointed , So people beware if you are selected for CUSTOMER Service profile then it's not gonna be a easy deal. And after few weeks HR is sending me a email asking me why am not reporting to work and also asking me why there is no response from my end , Seriously such an unprofessional HRD Team as they are not aware that their operations team has asked me to Resign and they have no clue about it , Seriously unbelievable No job stability= - it's a nuisance hire n fire policy like Knowledge...Read More

The company culture is very unhealthy. There is zero opportunity to scale up since the company don't encourage their employees for knowledge enhancement. The company only listens to the feedback been provided by the Team Leads/Assistant Managers/Managers. Whereas there should be equal scope of opportunity to hear from their associates level as the associates are also an integral part of the company. The management should have more empathy towards the employees specially to the associates level staff so that each and every one should get an equal opportunity to grow with the new skill sets to be imparted to the employees via regular training....Read More
