2days off i.e Saturday & Sunday is the only thing you will like about this company. Nothing else, believe me. If you have no other options and this is the only job you have in hand then also I will recommend you not to work here. Oh yes, you will have such a bad experience working here because of the toxic work culture . The managers , Team leads that if you join any other organization you will feel like heaven there. Dislikes

1. They decide when you WFH, your opinion doesn't matter. Even if you LICKK the management a lot they still can be pretty biased. Sharing from my personal experience as I observed some *lickers* getting back stabbed like hell. 2. They sometimes force you to do OT. They randomly choose people and tell them to work extra time and they are very persistent about it if you refuse. 3. You have to be answerable for every break you take and if you have a power down true or fake they will call you and harass you and keep on questioning why it happened and you have to finish your work after the power comes back doesn't matter when and how. You have to meet your target if though it's not a target based job. 4. They constantly keep you in pressure they don't care about your health. You have to show certificates for one day sick leave also. It's a all time night job they will basically make you an owl and turn your life into hell within 6 months. 5. Best part is the HR department is the biggest scammer of all. If you choose to leave the job they will treat you like a criminal. They won't even give you the payslips, even if you beg. You wont get any help from the HR they all are a bunch of goons who work only for the management they dont care about you or your concerns. 6. You wont learn anything in this organization. No growth only pain and suffering. Mentally it will break you down alot. 7. Your phone is not allowed in office premises. Very private data according to them is dealt with. But the fun part is they give you WFH with the same Desktop you work with in the office with the same configuration. They are funny and idiotic.
