Only thing to like about this organization is it's situated in coimbatore. That's the only positive thing about this organization.

Dislikes

It's like grill manufacturing company. No work culture will be there. Management decision will be the final despite how much talented you are. No specific roles for anyone except canteen people and security guards. People with no knowledge are sitting in the higher management bcoz of same religion. You can see lot religion support for the people of same religion. You will be treated like dog and if you don't put salam to them they will through you like anything. You have to work 12 hours per day. Even Saturday and Sunday also you need to work but without any compensation. Senior employees will be treated like pigs bu the management. Nothing to like. Even daily wage labour will be happy and satisfied with their daily work. You wont even get that also.

Dislikes

Starts from respecting employees , provident fund, while releiveing from the company they will treat you like anything.
