Only the team i worked in was good and coordination between few departments was also good.

They hardly pay incentives and incentives are not paid on time.

I was in sales in Bangalore. They promis to pay incentives but no one knows how much and When you will get paid. There is no employee engagement programs. There is absolutely no learning here.

There is no option to rejoin the organization that needs to be changed when person is interested to rejoin, once you left the organization and again you want to rejoin they will make fun of you, they doesn't understand your emotions.
