Only good thing is they pay adequately.

Apart from good compensation almost everything is mess here. Right from the joining, you never get any job training...no performance based appraisals upto middle management...few people are extremely relaxed and few are completely buried with huge workloads, that calls for very poor work load sharing... No job rotation... Poor work life balance... Extremely poor employee retention and many more...

Management is forcing employees to resume the work from factory without taking care of enough safety measures with regards to COVID-19 situation.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

There are too much clashes between management and worker's union resulting in poor productivity which is affecting everything... company growth as well as individual growth.

The work is good but when you join in, you need to understand the working on your own, there is no formal training.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
