Likes

Peer relationship is good and most of the people have invested their life as working conditions are above average. The management is least intrusive in the routine work but the growth in pay and allowances is little sluggish.

Dislikes

The only problem is that the staff of various colleges under the same canopy are not allowed to interact, I think for some valid reasons. The management people show airs at times as it is very common in India especially with the Muslim managements in general.

Likes

Students are great. Most of them are talented. Few just enjoy their youthful existence. Overall administration is good. NO unnecessary intervention in academic affairs. The overall experience of teachers and students is quite satisfactory. The ambience of the place though in the heart of the city is serene because of the greenery.

Dislikes

The administration cares more about revenue rather than giving facilities to students and lower staff. Unnecessary mixing of gender among students is an academic disadvantage.

Work Details

In fact, I am a part-timer teaching English and communication and soft skills. As such my experience is limited and cannot say more.
