Many things. 1. Almost zero skill development 2. Oil culture 3. Incriment is very less 4. Most important: if you join in Lab as a Chemist or Lab Assistant they sent you in rake in other states.... Suddenly manager calls you and tell that tomorrow you have to go to the rake. There your life is too risky. 5. Very huge internal politics 6. Some credit chor persons take credit of your hard work 7. Manager is very friendly to that persons who give oil he doesn't sent them in rake and if you don't give oil manager sent you rake again and again. 8. Salary in your ctc is just a number You doesn't recieve actual in hand salary what you suppose to get. Example your ctc is 20k Then your gross is 16k you received only 14k in hand. How much they deduct you can't understand. 9. Many times they force you to work on Sunday, and daily shift is 9 hours but in lab you have to work 12 hours to complete the work and you doesn't get any money for overtime...Read More
