They care deeply for all their employees. There are regular fitness activities and health camps for employees. This happens weekly as well. All the senior management officials are open to feedback and give opportunities to grow. All the colleagues are friendly as well.

Dislikes

The only con according to me is that employees are given complete freedom. We are given ownership of a complete project. For someone who hasn't handled such big responsibilities before may panic at first. But it's again a growth opportunity.
