My likes, dislikes are based on total of 1.5 years experience which was WFO(70%) & WFH(30%, initial days when WFH was allowed). -The Office is situated in a good but expensive location. -Salary on time, only one time it was delayed which is totally fine, but HR team never accepts their own mistakes, which is a big red flag and shows a negative personality. -Benefits -No hierarchy -Mostly good colleagues and good founder....Read More

-I didn't feel like people were trying to solve problems, poor efforts from one particular department, once I found a KPI's incorrect numbers and reported to one senior, just because wrong one was presented & next quarter's target was set, that person didn't bother to discuss or disclose it, which tell they are not serious and probably afraid of top management. -Definitely NOT for skill development and growth (for analytics/data science/product)....Read More

I came out alive from this company and i am very grateful for that. The best they did with me is that they let me live so that i could quit Or you will get fired if you don't quit or there will be "silent firing"....google this term you will understand better.

"Work Life Balance" "Respect, Dignity and Trust" All these can be afforded here if you give up your life and give it in their hands. Basically you will have to be part of their "CULT" mindset and culture. You will have to force yourself to laugh at unwanted jokes that the co founders crack on the floor. You will have to literally L_ck their bottoms in order to have some...just a little bit of respect. They will make you stay after work in the name of office parties where they offer unlimited alcohol so that you can drink yourself to sleep after getting bashed in office. I saw people getting cozy with this culture first hand...i hope they never become anyone's bosses. I was one of the first of a particular team and they would ask to complete a set of tasks which normally humanly would take at least 2-3 days that too after stretching(given that you have had a proper KT) but they would give a hard deadline of EOD. And to make the matters worst no one would help you out even if they are free. I had to beg other team's members to get some help or KT. The would not join the calls that i would set up(after asking them), or they would decline it without any notice. The worst part is yet to come. One of the co founders "SHIVTOSH" that one can see in the ads nowadays. That guy made me curl up and got me into severe depression and suicidal and that still affects me till date after more than 2 years of my tenure in that hell. all because of the mental and psychological attacks from him. The office is on one single floor in HSR and almost 5000SQFT and this guy would shout from one corner of the floor and ask the task status(well before the delivery deadline) and if it is not completed or facing any sort of hurdle then be ready for a round of public humiliation and abuse. Even in lunch time also he would not spare me. I started going for lunch alone after sometime. At one point he started enjoying abusing and humiliating me so much that he would jokingly behave like he's pissed of on something and i have made a blunder and when he would see that it made me extremely uncomfortable...he would burst out in a laughter and say "arrey mai to mazak kar raha tha bas...tu to serious ho gaya". That guy gave me nightmares. i started drinking and smoking a lot eventually to get some sleep and lost 8 kgs in 2-3 months. Ultimately i got to know that they could not afford me. They silently hired one junior and 2 interns at the cost of my employment. I got the news from the him that they cannot continue with me. I felt so relieved and blessed that day. Till date i get flashbacks of my tenure over there. I fell into hardcore impostor syndrome. Some would read this and say that it is normal in a startup and try to normalise it...in that case you definitely need help....Because humiliation, abuse and pushing someone in depression and on the verge of having suicidal thoughts is "NOT NORMAL". If you feel its normal then we as a nation have to do some course correction. After this in made my mental health and work boundaries the most important factor when joining any new Org.
