Some of the higher management decisions lately have been to give an impression of deceit and fraud. We had been working contract less for more than half a year and we weren’t even aware of this. No salaries for 3 months and no hikes for 3 years

There is nothing that you would like in this company , I have heard lot of positives from past employees which looks temporary in my experience.

Would need hours together to list down dislikes , adding some of the major Dislikes a) While joining HR says we are in profit however in reality they donot have any revenue. b) Lot of false promises while recruiting new employees (eg:WFH, full VP) c) Company financially unstable they are struggling to pay salaries on time d)Lack oftranferancy and as a employee you cannot belive any company commitments e) Leaders are defentity not capable enough to run any company and I belive they donot have any professionalism. f) Leaders are unethical personnely as well as professionally. g) Revenue model is pathetic and company is running from 7-8 years without even any thought on how we can we generate revenue....Read More

Company got good potential projects across country. Mainly with govt sector communication based projects.

Dislikes

Mindset of hierarchy are just pathetic causing all project to fail one after another. TOP officials just gets their family/freinds into high position posts and those so called stakeholders screwed up entire focus of work.

Leadership team is not capable, I think they fooled the investor by their useless ideas. Salary is delayed by more than 1.5 months after every 5-7 days they circle ⭕️ back update with no clarity.

Managers constantly keep on changing & they are not well versed with the technology, Managers actually don't know to set appropriate deadlines for projects & bring clarity to developers as they themselves dont have clarity
