5 day week. No one bothers you on weekends. You can keep tossing around your responsibility like in a big corporate. No one really cares.

HR Dept exists only to push and follow up on the whims and fancies of the owners. They have a weird policy which makes you resign and rejoin if the leaves you need to take exceeds your leave balance. Also, like at a government run org, they count the hours that you are present for inside the office. And the years that you stick around even if you don't contribute much. Your actual contribution to making this better doesn't matter much. There is no appraisal system at all. Some departments enjoy far better privileges than the others. Very bad experience working with sugar cosmetics. Super visor and other uper teem have not innaf experience like how to handle teem. Sales. Appriciation, they are only passing there time and taking salary. Middle teem is not capable to handle colorbar has strong teem we need kind of attitude and teem.

I made a mistake by not informing my supervisor when my staff member took leave, thinking I could handle it. Unfortunately, my supervisor terminated the staff member and instructed me to close the store early, which I also failed to communicate.

My role. I have some freedom to take some decisions & make things work. Some people are pretty smart

The culture is really bad. There is lot of blame game & some people almost always stir clear. They believe that employees don't need holidays at all. No flexible work even if you are in your worse health. Everyone is either overworked or barely working.
