Team is filled with fresher employee. Continuous pressure of making sales daily. No support given, Neither for Brand Management, Marketing nor for Catalog. One of Catalog person need to leave as no support given to the person. No job security, you need to work without support, if you say something wrong, you will be thrown out of organization in no time. Basically you need to work under pressure without expecting to improve process. Multiple people from Tech told to leave to save company cost. It only has Brand name but surviving is difficult. After being available 24*7 for work if you say anything wrong, manager don't think single time to remove you from job. Baiscally they treat you like machine not person. Catalog person told to leave in one day time, no notice period given to employee. Employee's mental health is not given any value. Dont join here for role of Brand management, marketing or catalogue role as no one is to support. You will end up regreting later. You need to work on weekends which is unsaid. It was a traumatizing experience right after one week of working. No set of processes to even after it's been 10 years for the company. Lot's of favoritism and toxicity which will make one feel smothered. Also, for experienced people it will be a sheer regret after joining here especially in product development department.

There is no work life balance ⚖️. It was horrible experience. I had to left the company in 2 months. If you are experienced please do not even think about to join Sugar. Inside politics will not allow you to do any work by yourself. They always there to demotivate you. Seniors are behaving so rudely. I felt so unwelcomed there. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
