Hello sir/madam I was working in sudha hospital since 2011 to 20.09.2020 I experienced that they are not understand their employees There is no working environment , there is no HR policies , there is no salary grading policies, there is no employee welfare , they are not support the employees , When one suspected found in sudha hospital in March 2020 all employees were investigated for covid test , I was also investigated and quarantined for 14 days and sudha hospital deducted our salary for quarantined period , I have govt. Proof of quarantined period After that they were not giving the proprer security to their employees (like mask, face sheald , sensitizer , ppe kit ) every thing were purchased by employees for there own security for covid 19 virus There were no job security they were fired the employees any time , there are no rules for it and all the time they are deducted the salary of employees And this pandemic time they are pressurized for resignation of old employees , thats why I was resigned on 1. 9.2020 with one month period notice after that I got infection on dated 21.09.2020 that's why I was again quarantined for another 14 days And sudha hospital stopped my 2 month salary for the month of August 20 and Sept 2020. Still pending my salary They were not giving any support to their employees in lockdown period...Read More

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts new ideas. I love the fact that I am part of a team that is involved in dedicated patient care with empathy. As a result I am able to be a part of life saving process of many patients. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration here.
