Job security is very poor.. The management are not thinking clearly about all employees.coz they all r not same. They face many problems in organization.I told about specific department. All employees which r in same department r not think equally or mentally they're not accept each other.they only show we r together.but actually not.this is the negative point in the company.

This organization is my first starting.overall organization was really best.Work experience was really good.I like in work with team. Treatment of company was really good to employees. I would love to work with company again.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
