Everything. No process. No SOP. No one is ready to follow the processes from higher level to lower level in any department. No job security. Very high Local public & political influence. Your CTC shows high figure but actually u get very less amount. HR misguide at the time of joining on everything, If u get colony residence then your taxes will be get calculated on hypothetical additional amount and high deductions in salary. No fair promotion Activity. Even your KRA ratings are good you will not be recommended for promotion from your boss until you ask Or demand. After resignation harassment starts from HR. HR will not support for exit clearance.
