No heavy workloads, easy work , limited learning opportunity, lab setup is good

Dislikes

Overtime is not paid, senior management is not good, HR management is worst , never co-ordinate or listen to your issue, salary is in peanuts, appraisal is barely there, senior management will not let you learn, learning opportunity is very limited, no hierarchy in organization

Its Awesome Experience here . Manager is Good .As an Payroll Employee I can Say Job is Secured They wont Throw You out until You have done Anything severely Wrong.during this Covid period Company Helped me lot..What they earned they Shared Little Part as Incentive to their Employees.Not any lab shared thier earning.Rest Playscale is little Low but Its Okay for fresher.

Nothing As such seen.Little mismanagement but Its Okay During pandemic time where a Lab handles 4k samples in 24hrs
