Communication with staff's and behavior with phlebo staff's is very bad They not help staff in difficult situations they not respect to staff and heavy paper work load for phlebo staff's

No heavy workloads, easy work , limited learning opportunity, lab setup is good

Overtime is not paid, senior management is not good, HR management is worst , never co-ordinate or listen to your issue, salary is in peanuts, appraisal is barely there, senior management will not let you learn, learning opportunity is very limited, no hierarchy in organization

You get a good push for learning new skills in terms of floor management and office operations, administrative operations, meeting new people, VIP clients and celebrities everyday.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is worst, they give better salary to new joiners but not give to existing staffs and also holiday and Sunday working is compulsory which is a worst part too.
