The Job is quote Interesting, but senior not support for progress. I am enjoying the role of Credit control executive

No heavy workloads, easy work , limited learning opportunity, lab setup is good

Dislikes

Overtime is not paid, senior management is not good, HR management is worst , never co-ordinate or listen to your issue, salary is in peanuts, appraisal is barely there, senior management will not let you learn, learning opportunity is very limited, no hierarchy in organization

You get a good push for learning new skills in terms of floor management and office operations, administrative operations, meeting new people, VIP clients and celebrities everyday.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is worst, they give better salary to new joiners but not give to existing staffs and also holiday and Sunday working is compulsory which is a worst part too.

There was culture to retain performing employees at any cost

First of all Doctors ,Staffs and Colleagues are outstanding. Working area, management very nice.

Dislikes

One non supportive staff is there who criticize and demotivates others. Because of her many old employees resigned from that centre. Offering more salary to new joinee almost double payment .
