Subros has all bad that a company will need. Its full of political culture.

If you are a NITs graduate or any from premier than definitely Subros ain't the place for you. I dont find anything that I like about this company. They call it a Japanese company but it has Indian culture.

Working process of the subros is very good , Jr Level people are very helpful but process is leanghty in some part for the approval , otherwise overall experience if i give is Good .
