This company is very good for freshers and experience employees. This company give every Saturday and Sunday holiday. Gives extra leave. Not asking why u take leave.

there's politics and target for same useless reasons. this politics only happen between manager and team ledder. there only 800 increment in year. there is nothing given diwali bonus any employee. You take extra leaves for your same reason they cut your one day salary. Once you mistakes in your work they start torch you and every time they ask you when leave your job. Everything! I didn't like the office culture. The manager is very rude. Boss is just for a namesake. Here manager rules the office, whom to hire, whom to fire! If you have serious health issues, they still expect you to come to the office or ask you to resign. That's what they do.
