• Longer working hours, on average 10 working hours a day with no overtime paid. • Salaries for freshers are more just because they’re from good colleges but they don’t even understand half of the other talented employees. • Managers are not selected for the correct role. They don’t have the same skill sets for understanding the matter or client requirements which unnecessarily increases work time and reduces work motivation.

This company is very good for freshers and experience employees. This company give every Saturday and Sunday holiday. Gives extra leave. Not asking why u take leave.

Dislikes

...re only 800 increment in year. there is nothing given diwali bonus any employee. You take extra leaves for your same reason they cut your one day salary. Once you mistakes in your work they start torch you and every time they ask you when leave your job. They force you for leaving job. There was nothing working hours flexible. Whenever you finish your days work they given another person work.

The best part is that the management is providing the freedom to take the decisions after detail discussion and lot of support. All the artists and managers are very supportive and always helpful in achieving difficult tasks. Lot of learning at personal and professional level.
