Best Compony in Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.life

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Management not supportive, safety is neglected , salery is not as per government norms ,no benefits, salery is fixed 10500 for labour, casuals, engineers , PhD holders ,master degree holders, irresponsible management concentrates only on income n work, management is not concerned about employees health.

No flexible timings... deduction of salaries in small amount if you login late. Manufacturing unit is in Chennai for stab bars..so you need to travel lot You have to login at 8am The log off time is at 5pm(rarely you log off at this time) No bonus...no yearly hikes Cateen food is average.
