Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming archade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

I am extremely satisfied with my job and domain but I have only an issue about my timing hours which do not allow me to do other works.

The company is working well in education sector and staff works with team spirit. But there is a gap between teaching staff and management there is authority to listen the teachers advice.

Dislikes

There is a strange things that no respects for teacher even a fourth class employee many times threatened. No job security and safety for future only demands of work . Low salary is a big problem before teachers,they are not getting such sufficient salary to survive his family so teachers always trying to find a good job in other institutions.
