The Management has changed. Ever since Mr Nilesh LaL has been appointed he brought his team over and he forced us to put in our resignation without allowing us to serve our notice period. They also informed that we have to wait for 45 Days for the full and final Settlement. Had to talk to the upper management to get the salary credited in 2 working days. No job security. They fired me on the 15th of December, by telling me to put my resignation or they would terminate me with immediate effect. The company was doing fine untill the Director Nilesh Lal joined with his full team he replaced full team of Ahmedabad branch including branch manager and forced us to put the resignation as well as they didn't allowed us to serve notice period also..please do not prefer this company if you are planning for long term.
