Hello! It is unfortunate that your experience with the SOL Team was less than ideal. However, we would have to strongly oppose the allegation of us not providing experience letters. We have, without fail, provided experience letters to all employees who have resigned, whether on good or bad terms. The only exceptions are the employees who have absconded from the organization, i.e. left without information or not completed the agreed upon notice period. These exceptions are not inherent to SOL, but common across majority of organizations. The review in our opinion is unnecessarily slanderous and written with malicious intent. If you feel that you have been unfairly denied an Experience Letter, we strongly encourage you to get in touch with us at hr@sol-mail.net.
