Hello Thank you for your feedback. Every input from our current and past employees is extremely valuable for us, as we strive to extend our lead as one of the best workplaces in this industry. We take the issue of discrimination very seriously, and would investigate the instance further. However, it is important to state that grades are constructed to have a better understanding of individual roles within the organization, with different grades being offered varying shifts, opportunities, and compensation.
