We take the issue of discrimination very seriously, and would investigate the instance further. However, it is important to state that grades are constructed to have a better understanding of individual roles within the organization, with different grades being offered varying shifts, opportunities, and compensation. We would like to emphasize that all Saturdays are off at SOL as of writing this response.
