Its a haven for travel content writers like me. Starting a few months back and expecting quality work, Strode Experiences is sometimes challenging but that has helped me evolved faster than i actually did in my first 6 months.

Dislikes

Most of them leave at 6pm sharp, which means creators like me are left alone at the workplace, sometimes feeling alone, but yeah its not like other startups where everyone works till late. Dont know what to derive out of this

Not everyone gets to travel here, if you are working from office be ready to have random outings with your team members but also work 10 times harder when needed

Excellent working Atmosphere with supportive, caring and engaged colleagues. Everyone is really helpful willing to share knowledge in order to aligned with company's basic belief.

b2 part interview first the HR will screen and call you to get to know your details. The 2nd part will then be a interview with your direct colleagues and supervisor. lastly the director will interview you and test you during the interview to see if you are a right fit.

We have a unique company, with special offerings and special people. Great talents in different fields. I believe that the company is trying to do amazing things - to give an exciting travel experience in different places. I want to see the firm grow and, as it does, provide more unique possibilities for people to join the wonderful people and talent we have now.

Dislikes

If you fail to innovate and bring creativity in your work- you will be fired, sometimes I feel its ruthless for people who come from traditional spaces to cope up that fast.

Likes

Seniors are nice and treat you nicely. It is not like other businesses that have internal politics. Work -life balance is wonderful. Overall, I like working at Strode Experiences because of the company's culture.

I'm working remotely and in a way never been to their office so it's good but I miss the team meet ups as I've heard they are a lot fun if you are a part of central team at Strode. I'm having my time in Goa meeting new locals who can offer something unique to our guests
