Like section is not for Strivik Simply they torture you shout at you..I am joining this organisation and withing 3 days they issue PIP to me ... I dnt know what the system is .. I cannot completed a week and they also give me warning to terminate after giving a good performance in 3 days ... Then the month goes on salary date they don't gave me salary at all ..and i was crying because I have to give the rent but they can't understand and terminate me ...such a heartless organisation they are...they dnt even respect to talk to the.elders and olders also....
